Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Subscription Manager. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Subscription Manager detects and organizes your subscriptions by analyzing billing emails you choose to connect and data you add manually, and provides analytics, reminders, and AI-powered insights about your recurring spending.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Plans & billing

• The Free plan is free forever within its published limits.
• Pro costs $2.99/month, billed through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then your account moves to Free. Your data is not deleted on downgrade.
• Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Don't connect mailboxes you are not authorized to access.
• Don't use Subscription Manager to violate any law or third-party rights.

AI accuracy disclaimer

Subscription detection is performed by AI and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate (for example, an amount, date, or status may be misread). Subscription Manager is an informational tool — it is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Always verify important details against the merchant's own records before making decisions.

Your data

You own your data. We process it only as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or permanently delete it at any time from Settings.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Subscription Manager and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
